OUR PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Ken Kramerman has 30 years professional experience in law enforcement and private investigations. He is a retired Police Lieutenant from Northern California and a Florida Board Certified Investigator.
Ken received specialized training in numerous investigative disciplines to include Interview and Interrogation Techniques. He has 30 years of investigative experience from Background Investigations for new hires to Homicide Investigations.
As a Watch Commander, Ken managed as many as 30 Police Officers, 4 Sergeants and 4 Corporals. He developed and managed a 13 million dollar budget, and developed strategies for, and coordinated, major civic functions and events.
While assigned to the Field Operations Division, Ken was a Firearms Instructor, Field Training Officer, K-9 Officer, K-9 Trainer, Fixed Wing Pilot, Police Diver, SWAT Team Commander and Crowd Team Commander. He also commanded the CSI Unit, Field Training Officer Program, K-9 Program and Hostage Negotiation Team.
While in the Investigations Division, Ken supervised 7 police Investigators. He was a Major Crimes Investigator, investigating homicides, major assaults, sexual assaults, arsons, bombings as well as other crimes against persons. He assisted in narcotics investigations and crimes against property.
While in the Administrative Division Ken conducted Background Investigations on new hires and coordinated the hiring of new officers. He was responsible for all Internal Affairs Investigations. He was also responsible for writing departmental policies and procedures.
Ken holds a Commercial Pilots License for both single and multi-engine instrument airplanes, three Flight Instructor Certificates and a U.S. Coast Guard 100 Ton Master License. These licenses give him inside knowledge into FAA and U.S. Coast Guard issues.
Upon retiring, Ken moved back to his home state of Florida, where he opened Treasure Coast Investigative Services and became a Florida Board Certified Investigator. Ken took additional training to become a Certified Computer Forensics Examiner, a Certified Data Recover Expert, a Certified Protection Operator, a Certified Process Server for the 19th Judicial Circuit, and a Notary Public. He did this to expand his PI business by engaging in protection services, computer forensics, data recovery, notary services, and the serving of process.
Ken’s desire is to offer expert and professional services to attorneys, corporations and individuals. His experience, analytical mind, attention to detail and tenacity, is what sets him far above most other investigators.
